Coach Kraft grew up in Alberta, Canada and played all of his developmental hockey in Alberta. After minor hockey, he played Junior A and Major Junior with Red Deer and Medicine Hat respectively. Ron then pursued his education and while doing so, become heavily involved in coaching youth hockey and progressed to coach at the college, Junior A, and major junior levels.

Todd grew up in small town Canada. Todd is a competitive athlete who holds two Canadian records in Waterskiing and still competes at an International level. Todd loves the game of hockey.
